Be one of the first to join this fantastic new club! The only requirement to join is you must have a valid CDL (Commercial Drivers License) and submit your fee of $100. There will also be a $25 annual membership fee.

You will receive a set of truck size mud flaps with the Shriner's (TM) logo and a license plate with your membership number on it and a decal for your truck.

Net proceeds for this endeavor will be sent to the Shriner's Hospitals for Children, Tampa Fl 1-800-241-4438. Mailing address: P.O. Box 1445, Wiconsin Rapids, WI 54495-1445.
